We were in an outside large oceanview on deck 2 and the room was fine.

We didn't take any shore excursions on the ship as we had done so on previous cruises.

We were very pleased with the ship, captain and his staff.

If I were to rate this on a basis of 1 thru 10, I would honestly have to give it a 15. My daughter-in-law is a very talented chef and this compared greatly with her culinary skills. Our head waiter, Peter, and Asst. Waiter Humberto, were marvelous. They were friendly and efficient. I know that we heard some people comment that it was their job to be this way, but I believe that they went above and beyond thier job.

We went to one show the night before our cruise ended and it was terrific. I would like to say the shows the waiters put on for us were wonderful too.

| SHORE EXCURSIONS: |
Being our first cruise, we messed up by now booking the Tulum excursion ahead of time. This was really the only one we wanted to do. We'll know better next time.

| ONBOARD ACTIVITIES: |
Bingo was a little expensive, but it was fun. Rock climbing was great for the children with us. The game room was also great because you could spend some quiet time playing with the children, even though it was full every night.

I really thought the whole atmosphere of the ship was friendly and clean.

Yes. If you need anything, just ask. Everyone aboard will usually help you. The only incident onboard was with a family about 15 cabins from us. We had to pass their cabin to get to ours. The halls continously smelled of smoke, and foul language was always being used. The security had to come to the cabin because of some drinking going on. These children in this family also engaged in a fist fight a lunch in the wind jammer one day. I would also like to say as a parent myself, I think that there should be no alcholic beverages served to anyone under the age of 21, whether a parent signs or not. |

My daughter missed the ship in Baltimore due to a delay with the airline; the crew and pursers office couldn't have been more supportive and accommodating to see that she got onboard with as little hassle as possible at our next port. My mother is blind; the head waiter came to our table every night and cut my mothers meat and told her where everything was located on her plate. |

The service was very good and most friendly attendants everywhere. The food was plentiful and generally good and presented well, but some was very ordinary and nothing more than canned goods. That was not appreciated. The pancakes and especially the brick like French toast were really bad.

For the most part the shows and entertainment was very good and there was a high level of talent inmost places on board.

| SHORE EXCURSIONS: |
We liked most of the off shore offerings but not the tourist clamoring by the Mexican sales people especially with the trivets and jewelry.

Most were nice. More shuffle board would be good.

Very beautiful ship and interior design and I especially liked the great original art work in the sculptures and paintings.

I detest the tipping system but I understand the tradition and the reasons to try to keep the crew motivated. Our family really liked this crew and especially the Captain of this ship. Everything seemed to run very smoothly even though there were some problems as I am sure there always Are with this large ship and so many people to manage. |
